Location. The Redmont Hotel is located in downtown Birmingham, Ala., just one half mile from the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame and the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute. The Birmingham International Airport is five miles from the hotel and the hotel provides complimentary airport transportation.
Hotel Features. The Redmont Hotel is Birmingham's oldest operating hotels and is on the list of National Register of Historic Places. Lunch is served daily at The Redmont Caf�, and breakfast and dinner are served on the weekends. Casual weekday dining and cocktails are featured at the Rare Olive Lounge. Meeting facilities are available, along with a business center, event catering and wireless Internet access. A fitness room is located on site.
